A family from Australia, joyous after having a much wanted child...

After many failed ivf attempts and heartbreaking losses we turned to SCI to help us start our family.  

Nine months later, we are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl.

We will be forever grateful to Dr Shivani and the entire SCI team for helping us achieve our dream of having a family.  A very special thank you must also go to our egg donor and our beautiful surrogate.

We found Dr Shivani and the entire SCI team to be professional, caring, responsive and always willing to assist. Surrogacy is not for the faint hearted but Dr Shivani and her team made the process as stress free as possible.

Dr. Shivani and her wonderful team at SCI helped us in achieving our ultimate goal in life: becoming a family.  We dreamed of having a child to call our own, and now we have a beautiful, healthy baby boy.

Some photos just stay with you, this is one of them. After waiting for so long, to finally meet your child...

Dear Dr. Shivani,

A mere thank you seems wholly inappropriate in this situation, but nothing we can do or say can possibly measure up to what you have given us..."Lex", the first blessing we count every day.

 

After failed infertility treatments and failed adoptions, we came to you with a pocket full of hope. Less than nine months later, we have a healthy son of our very own!

 

Your team gave us unwavering support throughout the entire process and bent over backwards to make sure we made it home in time for my husband to meet Lex before returning to Afghanistan. 

 

Even though we are eternally grateful for what you, your team, and our surrogate have already given us, we have complete confidence that we will be back in Delhi for another baby pick-up.

From Australia :a baby boy & feedback from a happy family

Another family completed after years of unsuccessful IVF treatment ...

We could not be more happy than we are right now with the birth of our beautiful baby boy.

After many many years of IVF treatments (we think we hold the world record) we decided to come to the conclusion that we would never become parents and that was a really hard decision for us both to make.

Until we heard about SCI and started investigating the possibility of becoming parents. Every step of the way, the information and feedback was amazing. Meg & Margarida with there resource of information was reassuring and so helpful, we will always be enternally gratefull for helping us make the decison to pursue our dream finally.

From Australia : the road to our babies...

Sometimes the photo is enough...

My husband and I were married in 2004 and thought like every other couple that a baby would come into our lives as a lovely surprise not long after. We waited and hoped and after a year realised something wasn't right. Fast forward 8 years - and following 13 failed and tortuous rounds of IVF and an adoption application that seemed like a road to nowhere - we arrived at SCI, with very little hope left that we would ever become parents.

To our amazement, we had success in our first attempt with a surrogate and are now the happy - but tired! - parents of twin boys Leo and Noah. We are so grateful for the professional support of Dr Shivani and the SCI team - including their warmth and responsiveness to all of our questions along the way.

And of-course, we will always be indebted to our wonderful surrogate who carried our boys who came into the world so healthy and beautiful.
