Hello Dr Shivani

Doyel and Dylan are growing fast and are healthy. We have had no health issue for either baby of any kind. In the morning when we walk by the crib, we see only big smiles and little arms trying to reach ready to be picked up for some play and love.

They both giggle loudly when played with. Doyel laughs loud and out of control, Dylan has a rolling baby laugh that is so, so cute.They hold their toys with a strong grip as they learn to control those long little arms.

To have them is the best decision of our lives.

We are so lucky or blessed to have Dylan and Doyel complete our lives.

Começamos este depoimento, agradecendo a Deus, pelo presente que nos deu, através da Dra. Shivani.

Quando começamos a pensar na possibilidade de fazer barriga de aluguel na India, veio junto um montão de dúvidas e desconfianças, primeiro porque nós brasileiros somos desconfiados de tudo, e segundo, tínhamos  que fazer os pagamentos do tratamento, antecipadamente, antes mesmo de conhecer a clinica pessoalmente. Mas, decidimos arriscar, e tudo aconteceu tão perfeito que parecia irreal. Tudo aconteceu tão tranqüilamente e com tanta dedicação da equipe e da Dra. Shivani, que em nenhum momento nos sentimos inseguros. 

E quando o nosso Baby nasceu, tudo continuou na maior Paz e tranqüilidade, sempre com o apoio da equipe, que nunca nos desapontou e nem nos desamparou. Não passamos por nenhuma dificuldade, até começamos a gostar de Curry. Kkkkk

Só temos que agradecer a essas pessoas maravilhosas que fizeram do nosso sonho uma linda realidade. 

Obrigado Deus, obrigada Dra. Shivani, seu esposo, filho e equipe. Agora nos sentimos fazendo parte de uma verdadeira família, FAMÍLIA SCI.

FROM AUSTRALIA: A Family reborn

Many of our families come to us with stories of loss, this precious story is one of them...

In 2012,after losing a precious baby girl born at 23 weeks with a clinic in Mumbai and later having a negative result at the same clinic,I then decided to try another clinic.I emailed several clinics in India and SCI was one of the clinics to get back to me.

Speaking to Dr. Shivani gave me hope and confidence that I will have a family again after losing my only child (my best mate) in a car accident when he was 13 years old. On the 23rd November 2013 Ryan would be turning 26 years old, and my precious little angel Katalani would have turned 1 in October this year.

Even before I left Australia for India, I felt confident that I had picked the right clinic.

In early 2013 I personally met Dr. Shivani and after talking with Dr. Shivani and being explained the whole process at SCI (and I mean the whole process!!!!), I felt even more confident with SCI.

Dr. Shivani reassured me that I will achieve my dreams of having a family again, you might think that they were only words spoken.

But as I hold my handsome son and my beautiful daughter in my arms and look into their loving eyes, I feel very blessed that I have met the most precious person in the world Dr. Shivani, a true angel, that has given me a beautiful family again!

My dreams are not my dreams anymore.

I now have five more very precious people in my life, Dr. Shivani, the very generous egg donor, and the most incredible person in my life the surrogate.

I will always be in debt to these wonderful people my life and the other two most precious in my life, my son and daughter!!

It should be Zero to two in less than 10 months!!!!!

English summary

My name is Dror, and with my wife Tania, we undertook 5 failed attempts of IVF in Brazil.  Our first two attempts with SCI were unsuccessful, so it was recommended that we cycle with two surrogates*. Imagine our surprise when both surrogates became pregnant, one with two babies and the other with one. They were born on the 4/9/13 and 7/10/13

We would like to thank Dr. Shivani and her team, both inside and outside of India, they were very solicitous in answering our questions, explaining the process that took 15 months in total.

We recommend Dr. Shivani and her clinic to all Brazilians who opt for this process. We are thankful to this whole team that made our dreams come true

It is a time in which family travel to be together; where our surrogate's families are assisted to be with their daughters, wives, mothers; where the surrogate accommodation is filled with  food, laughter, joy and light ( and family).

While Diwali is popularly known as the "festival of lights", the most significant spiritual meaning is "the awareness of the inner light".

With this awakening comes compassion and the awareness of the oneness of all things and this brings joy & peace.

From Canada : A beautiful baby boy and our dream come true...

"Choosing the Surrogacy Centre of India (SCI) has proven to be one of the best decisions that I’ve made in my entire life.   Margarida, my SCI contact/representative, was instrumental in guiding my partner and I to start the journey in fulfilling our dream to become parents.  Fourteen months later, my partner and I are proud fathers of our beautiful baby boy. 

Prior to becoming clients with SCI, my partner and I endured an agonizing year of consecutive failed fertility treatments with another fertility clinic in Mexico.  After the 5^th failed embryo transfer, we decided to completely change our strategy and find another fertility clinic.  This is where I found SCI’s website and started to research Dr. Shivani and her amazing team at SCI.  I decided to email SCI and I was surprised to receive a quick response from Margarida.

Margarida, a past client herself, was able to provide us real information based on her “first hand” experience.  She was very knowledgeable in IVF and was able to provide us with all the answers to our million questions. Her exceptional customer service and professionalism put SCI on top of the list.  Margarida worked for us and always had our best interest. Although she represents SCI, she never tried to sell, promote or sway us in doing anything.  She simply was our main contact throughout the whole process.

She aided us in finding our egg donor and surrogate. She provided ongoing support throughout the pregnancy.  We knew that we could always count on her for guidance and an honest answer.  Looking back, she made an already easy process even easier. 

Equally impressive was the whole functionality and professionalism of SCI and the amazing support staff that made a very scary process feel safe and promising.  They have exceptional organizational skills and customer service especially for those patients, like me, who are foreigners.  I was also very impressed with the clinic itself.  It was beautiful and very clean.  The staff was very professional.  The medial team’s expertise is completely trustworthy and I felt like I was in a clinic back in Canada. 

They provided all of the contacts for services required for our stay in India and bringing our baby home. I wholeheartedly recommend SCI to anyone who needs their valuable service.  

Words can not describe how happy we are.  Margarida and Dr. Shivani’s outstanding team at SCI answered our deepest hopes and dreams. Dr. Shivani and her husband/business partner Dr. Vishal Gour are a “God-send”.  We are forever in debt to SCI, our egg donor, our surrogate and to India itself.  They gave us our perfect little boy who we love more than life itself. From Canada : Dayenu (It would have been enough)

Another amazing story, full of adventure and hope with a brilliant ending...

 

 

Dayenu (It would have been enough)

One of my favourite songs as a kid, was called "Dayenu (catchy tune)." Dayenu means "It would be sufficient." The song marks the Jewish people's rise and escape from slavery to salvation. The song goes something like this: If God only punished our tormenters in Egypt (who forced us to be slaves), that would have been enough. If he only led us out of slavery/Egypt, that would have been enough. If he only gave us a homeland, that would be enough. The song goes on to mention many things God gave the Jews, even though one would have been enough, he gave them all of them!

Dr. Shivani's clinic here in New Dehli and what it has given me, reminds me exactly of this song, for:

1) If they only gave me one child, any child, healthy or otherwise, that would have been enough.

2) if they only gave me one child, that would have been enough.

3) If they would have give me twins and one was unhealthy, that would have been enough.

4) if they gave me twins and they were the same gender, that would have been enough.

5) If I left with a child and didn't feel a forever bond with the other parents and a belonging to a very special group, that would have been enough.

6) If I came home with a child, but didn't have the most amazing story and adventure of all parents in the world and how we finally met 16,000 kilometres away and our incredible stay in a foreign land, with hundreds of friends and family waiting at the airport for your eventual arrival, that would have been enough.

7) If I came home with a child, but never felt I go back to have another child, that would be enough.

8) If as a single male bringing home twins, I would never have an effect on future males wanting to have children or have an effect on people's views of parenting roles around the world forever more, that would be enough.

But you see, this clinic gave me all these things. My name is Steven Mintz and I from Canada. 

After so many failures and heartbrakes with other clinics, I came here and on the first try was the lucky father of twins. Their names are Ryan and Emily-Rose, a boy and a girl, and are two very healthy children. I feel as part of group and bond with other parents here as we all share the same hopes and dreams when we arrive here. That's not something I have felt at home before. The adventure here in India has just begun and it is part of the story I am collecting of their births to give to them on their 16th birthday (traditional big birthday in Canada). I know I could come back if needed too, and recommend to all my friends having difficulty conceiving a child which are many. But mostly, the last one, I will have a positive impact on stereotypical gender roles regarding children worldwide and for generations to come. And that would have been enough!
